Review of Park Square HotelDuring our recent family vacation at Park Square, we found that the hotel had much to offer in terms of location and service. Situated conveniently close to local attractions, our family enjoyed exploring cultural highlights like the Trabzon State Theatre and the Trabzon Hagia Sophia Mosque. These visits enriched our experience, blending leisure with education for my children. Despite this great potential, our stay was marred by several shortcomings. While the hotel staff was generally helpful, communication barriers arose due to language issues, as many receptionists did not speak fluent English. This presented challenges during our visit and detracted from the overall experience. The two-room suite we were given was spacious, though it was disappointing that only one room included essential furnishings like a wardrobe and chairs. The washroom's bidet was a unique feature, but overall, the amenities did not meet our expectations for a family-friendly environment. In summary, while Park Square's location is commendable, attention to communication and room functionality is needed to fully accommodate families.
